Virtually impossible to get a refund after printer broke . Tried to get refund but Alas was met by a roundabout!

Ordered SKU920029c, Hebden pebble blue.
When arrived had yellow and red in the colour which was not shown on website picture and the hole where you put the ashes could only be sealed with tape/disc shaped provided .Rung the company to see about return. The chap was difficult to understand and vague about returning.
Got refund minus £15 restocking fee.
