Karen did a great job with this one for us. Sales take forever to go through these days, so you need someone like Karen on your side constantly checking on the buyer and both sets of solicitors, to make sure no-one is slacking.

This sale took 10 months to go through (through no fault of the buyer- Thanks for bearing with us!)
There was a problem with a right of way that was spotted when Exchange was originally due. Then a delay of months whilst 3 solicitors sorted it out. Karen chased all involved, and kept everyone informed throughout the process.

From first enquiry to driving away in the right vehicle took 3 weeks. Granted, luck was on my side as the right truck/spec was "incoming" anyway but EVERYTHING went very smoothly.

Review of Rock Machinery
We got this log-splitter from Rock Machinery's Yorkshire dealer, Mark (who's very good) - about 3 weeks ago. I've used it for 3 "sessions" now, splitting mainly beech rounds - some of which were very large but were dealt with easily in the vertical mode, once rolled into position. Lifting them would have been a 2 man job. Then the horizontal working position comes into it's own for the easier to handle stuff. Good powerful Briggs and Stratton Vanguard engine. All solid construction. Road towable even though I haven't yet. No problems at all. Would recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work!
