I made an order, and after I paid I received no tracking info. I emailed them several times, made a request on the website for which again I received no response. The next request I made on their website I wrote that I will make a claim to my bank and report the website, two hours later I received an email informing me that I will be refunded. So customer support isn’t their thing I guess.

Easy to set up, and competitive price, what more would one need.

I bought my second jacket from the website because I had bought one last year and was pleased with the quality. Well… this time I bought another one for me and one for the wife, wife’s jacket was great , for mine I was highly disappointed. I worn the jacket 3 times and it already started to come apart, there are small threads coming out of it. It got scratched by the pocket zippers. I believe that is a manufacturing defect. I am honestly surprised as I had a good experience with Superdry products.

Easy to set up, and cheap, hopefully… if I ever have to make a claim, the process is as easy as setting it up.
