Placed an order for a replacement glass door panel for my Bush cooker.
Part arrived promptly but was found to be incompatible.
Having a terrible job trying to sort this out. Need to return part and obtain a refund. Lack of communication from Minerva.

Great service from first phone call, I couldn't find what I was looking for online , so got in touch with company, the administrator ( lady) was brilliant sorry for got your name .
She gave me help on how to get in touch with parts ( via email) then got my part delivered super quick albeit a wrong size but was all sorted in a few days!
