Worst shopping experience ever.
80% of orders I made on Next never arrived and they don’t even updated me.
After one or two weeks of waiting I contacted them via chat and the operator told me that the parcel was lost in transit. This happened with several orders I made not just one so it wasn’t an exception but a practice.
This year they left me without Christmas presents for my family even if I ordered on 17th December so plenty of time ahead. Today is 29th and my order hasn’t arrived yet.
They promised next day delivery but they can’t deliver not even in a week. They just loose parcels again and again.
Next is the only online retailer that didn’t fulfil my order and I do online shopping mainly.
I received parcels from China, Italy, Germany, Australia with other sellers but didn’t receive items bought from Next in UK.

I ordered Wednesday and the scooter arrived Friday. Great scooter working perfect. This is the real site to buy the Aovo Pro scooter. Don't buy from another site as the others are selling fake, broken scooters. It happened to me 2 months ago when I ordered from another site and after 10 days I received a broken scooter and I couldn't return it so I had to buy another one but from Aovo Pro Uk Store.
