In it for the money

After explaining, a number of times on the phone, that my elderly father just needed to be fitted for a new set of dentures, and were Damira studios taking on new NHS patients, I was assured they were and this wouldn’t be a problem.
When we went in ( seen on time) I informed the dentist that my father was a little hard of hearing and she would have to speak up, she didn’t speak to him again, everything was directed to me.
Told me that NHS dentures were not very good quality, that the cost would be band 3 for the upper and then band 3 for the lower, so would have to pay twice the amount, apparently they don’t make much money from NHS and not really worth it for them, we wouldn’t be able to be considered as a new patient until the end of April, we’d have to apply, it would also take approximately 12 weeks, for dentures to be made!!! BUT, if he wanted to pay privately, then they’d be more than happy to help, for a ridiculous price of course. My father is 89 years old, it was also mentioned that he doesn’t look like someone who would be too fussy!!! When I got outside, ( without making another appointment) I phoned 2 more dentist surgeries, both informed me that the NHS cost is for a set of dentures NOT individual. Worst treatment. Would definitely not recommend, if I could give 0 stars I would .

Got a sweatshirt for my son at…

Got a sweatshirt for my son at Christmas, it was his choice, was a bit put off at the price, wasn’t sure it was gonna be worth the money, how wrong I was, from putting the order in to receiving the item, your company was fantastic, quick, easy process, even quicker delivery. The quality of the sweatshirt was amazing, very well stitched, the material was lovely, soft & thick. Would definitely recommend and purchase from you again

Jet2 as a company are fantastic

Jet2 as a company are fantastic, would happily travel with them again , my only criticism would be their star rating, booked a 4*, lucky if it was a 3*, although the hotel staff were lovely,

Not a 4*

Would use jet2 again but would definitely take their star rating with a pinch of salt, booked a 4*, got maybe a 3, , hotel very dated.Food was edible , that’s it, we didn’t starve, ate out a few times, bathrooms don’t have ventilation so has mould on the ceiling and walls, hotel is on the beach, but don’t try walking on the “pebble & sand “ beach without protective footwear. The only thing this holiday had as a good points were the people and the weather. Jet2 staff are exceptional , especially customer service, who I spoke to before our holiday.

Been with them a few years
