Did NOT protect my computers

Did NOT protect my computers. Offer cheap coverage but renewal costs much greater. Renewed without authority. I had no need or intention of renewing as IMO not up to standard of some free Anti Virus. Lodged complaint with Bank New Anti virus provided with new computer found 96 breaches not stopped or found by Total AV during the time Total AV was alledgedly protecting my computers IMO be very careful

Only entitled to ZERO stars Avoid this…

Only entitled to ZERO stars Avoid this company like the plague. This company has continued to illegally withdraw funds they were not entitled to receive. This continued every fortnight for 3.5 months. They advised new provider that I had control of the direct debit NOT true! After getting no where for months I contacted TIO Uniti ignored TIO's instructions to contact me within 14 days. Finally they contacted me asked for bank details which were provided and five working days later no response no money. It appears my only option is Police for what I consider Fraud and Small Claims Court where I will not only seek payment of money owed but Court costs as well. No phone number for Head Office and no Facebook NO WONDER Worst experience with ISP EVER!!!

FALSELY ADVISE I HAVE DEFAULT THEN FAIL TO EXPLAIN OR CORRECT

Take weeks to supply free credit report which allegedly is available within 24 hrs. Constantly claim sent have experienced this in the past so far have requested free file 4 times by phone twice online. When you ask to speak to a supervisor don't be fooled into giving a phone number and expecting the call to be returned. THIS IS A CON. Only way is to wait which not what they want. I will be reporting to OAIC and demanding compensation for false reporting, emotional distress and public embarrassment. I seek legal advice as to whether their actions constitute defamation. I have an Excellent Credit score which Equifax admit would not be possible with a default but yet they still will not correct the misinformation they have supplied. Finally have advised in writing NO DEFAULT but no apology or explanation as to how or why the Finance Co was provided with false and defamatory information. Don't expect a response without legal action typical American bully boy tactics. The longer it goes on the more the compensation expected will increase and the more public damage done.

Discriminate

Would give zero stars if possible. Bombard me with offers because of my excellent credit rating BUT will not accept an application because I am on a Pension. I exceed their requirements on minimum gross income, payback ability and credit rating. Therefore they are knowingly and deliberately discriminating against a EX-Service Pensioner for no credible Ash response lacks substance. I was declined SOLELY because of DVA Pension and Person who claimed to be Senior Management stated that was the case that Society One did exclude Pensioners regardless of income. Does not matter got a better deal.

Gumtree or scumtree

Gumtree have been advised of an advert that is knowingly false and misleading and fraudulent and have failed to remove. This fraudulent advertising is not uncommon with scumtree. Reporting to ACCC
Patrica I advised your support prior to posting on Trust Pilot and as usual NO response. This type of fraudulent conduct is not uncommon on Gumtree especially with advertisements for puppies/dogs

Should be a -5

Paid for a rug which was in agents yard 31st October. Not delivered because Hunter Express Agent Grangers driver should not have a HR licence. Kogan's tracking incorrectly shows rug delivered 8 November. It has NOT been delivered and I have NO idea where it is. Despite facebook comments, PM's Help Center messages and critical reviews Kogan have done nothing to resolve the failure to deliver. I will contact Police because I believe Kogan's conduct constitutes fraud.

If it was possible I would give them a zero

If possible based on my experience over the past two days I would give them a zero. Fail to deliver, fail to advise on delivery, fail to respond to emails sent to customer service then make threats and accusations without ever bothering to check the facts. Apparently assume only one side to every story. Theirs. Might add this is our first experience with Hunter Express. Not a great start. Email admin no response. Not looking promising. Guess it is off to NCAT.
Six months to respond that says it all. Hunter and Grangers are lucky that Kogan believed myself and refunded entire amount including freight. Otherwise it would have gone to NCAT. What do now is advise Kogan or any other Courier if they use Hunter/TNT?EGO who all use Grangers I am not interested. So far that has affected A1 Chemicals, Mount Garnett DE and other smaller online businesses. Do not bother responding as I am NOT interested in any more lies or threats from Hunter or the foul mouthed bullies at Grangers

Generally speaking products are value…

Generally speaking products are value for money BUT there response to serious issues ie failure to deliver is unacceptably slow and relies to too much on faq's

What emails? Only email received is an automated response. NOT good enough.

Have to reduce my rating to a 0 as I have received no response. the transport company is useless and I still have no idea where my order is or if it will be delivered. Have already advised Hunter Express I will be making an application to NCAT and it is a distinct possibility I will take similar action against Kogan. Kogan needs to help desk contact me immediately and sort this mess out.

Finally

After 5 months this company has allegedly removed their ILLEGAL access to my Equifax Credit File. This was achieved by threatening to send a Sworn Affidavit to FOS (Ombudsman) and OAIC (Privacy) with a complaint and a link to all the responses regarding this companies actions and their bullying tactics. For you few who say they are great this not about being declined it is solely about illegal access to my credit file without my knowledge or approval. Given how many reviews are regarding possible fraudulent actions I wonder if the few that have given these rort merchants 5 stars are genuine users and not company plants. Given my experience with zippay I believe that is a reasonable assumption.
