I've been using Belenos for a year and a half and would never use anything else. I can't recommend this company enough. Fantastic service and skincare like no other. I didn't think I would ever have skin like this. After years of covering my face with foundation I am make up free. I never thought that this would be possible. My friend has started using it now too and has seen such an improvement. No nasty chemicals and the products feel wonderful on the skin and really work. Quick delivery and a wonderful service too.

Bought 100 keyrings from this company. They arrived extremely swiftly, very well packaged and also in a handy plastic box. Quality was great and everything was perfect. It's nice to support a small family business that takes the trouble to look after their customers. I would 100% recommend this company!

I've been using Belenos products for a year and a half now and I can honestly say that at the age of 59 I have the skin I have always wanted. No more irritation, eczema, dryness. Nothing. My skin looks and feels younger. The products are not silly money like so many on the market and they really do work. I never ever thought I would be able to faced the day without foundation but I can now. Customer service is fabulous. My orders arrive immediately and I was able to pay for my purchase of two turmeric cleansers with the points collected from their loyalty scheme. I can never sing the praises of Belenos enough. I never thought I would be actually proud of my skin but there you are. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Fantastic pleasant experience at Fat Face Dalton Park. I purchased a top and was served by the lovely Maxine who was colorful in every way. I can honestly say that her warm and friendly manner cheered me up no end. She also served my friend who was equally taken with the service from Maxine. She was chatty, friendly and efficient. We left the shop with smiles on our faces. Rarely have I encountered someone who clearly enjoys their job so much and contributes greatly to an overall pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience.

Good communication and prompt delivery service

My husband bought me some everyday socks from pairs for Christmas and I liked them so much I decided to buy a pair of their alpaca bed socks. Pure luxury for my feet. They came ridiculously quickly in the post, well packaged and I was informed when they were dispatched and when they would arrive. I've now binned all my cheap lounge socks and bought a couple more pairs as a treat to myself and my feet. You really do get what you pay for. In this case luxurious socks in beautiful colors that wash at 30 degrees and make your feet feel so pampered. Yes they are expensive but so worth it. Genuine company who make socks- but fabulous ones!

I've been using Belenos products for about a year now and my skin has never looked back. My skin has been trouble free and the products are beyond fabulous. The Tamanu oil is a lifesaver and I use the Repair oil every morning with the Sea Buckthorn oil. Once a week I use the coffee scrub on my face which is a real treat and smells good enough to eat. My skin feels totally alive after using it. This is from a person who suffered horribly from broken skin and rashes which were painful and gave me really nasty and sore creases under my eyes. Nothing I tried worked except Belenos products. Also I love buying from such a lovely ethical company. Delivery is very fast and everything is so well packaged. 100% trust this company.

Ihave bought lights from QBis in the past and they have been fabulous quality with super quick delivery. I bought some more some weeks ago and they stopped working so I e mailed the company. I received a reply minutes later from a lovely lady called Linda who genuinely cared about my problem and identified it as the transformer and said she would send another straightaway which she did. It came at once and the lights were working perfectly thanks to her product knowledge! I am absolutely blown away with such wonderful customer service and care. I can honestly say that they are the best and most genuine company I have ever had occasion to deal with. It's been such a pleasure. I can't praise you enough Linda and I will be buying all my lights from you in the future. Such kindness gives me a lovely warm feeling. This is a fantastic family small business which really cares about their customers.

I've been buying Belenos skincare for a while now and am always delighted. First the products have made such a difference to my skin and believe me I've tried everything. I had very problem skin and would always cover it up with foundation. Since using Belenos I haven't worn foundation for well over six months and my skin is glowing. My products always arrive very fast and well packaged. The seller put a hand written note in with my coffee scrub saying to store it in the fridge after receiving it which was really helpful. I use Tamanu oil, repair oil and buckthorn cream as moisturizers and always use the skin cleansers instead of face wash or soap. The difference has been nothing short of amazing. Don't waste money on expensive skincare that promises the earth but doesn't deliver. I recommend Belenos to everyone. Fabulous cruelty free and chemical free products that actually work and great customer service. Try it. You will not be disappointed!

I love everything I have bought from this company. Fast personal service and made by someone who really cares. Beautiful oils which are packaged so nicely along with a hand written note. Totally genuine and sympathetic service. This lady has such empathy and knowledge of all aspects of birthing- before and after the birth. I would 100% recommend her as she is a total credit to her profession.

Fabulous company with top class products. All natural ingredients and fantastic skin and body care. I am hooked. Don't waste your money on expensive creams. These products really work and smell divine too. The grout lift oil and skin repair oil are divine and my face feels so soft. The bath melt bar is pure luxury without the expensive price tag. I will not only be purchasing more for myself but have earmarked Belenos for presents for my friends. So glad I found you.

Called in to the Team Valley Gateshead branch on Boxing Day for a mattress and bed. We were very impressed by Louise our sales adviser who was extremely pleasant, helpful but not pushy and very knowledgeable about everything to do with beds and the best mattress to choose. We were really grateful for her help in choosing the best mattress for us and explaining how we should look after it to maximize its life. She explained that we also had 40 days in which to return our purchase if we found the mattress unsuitable which is a great for our piece of mind. Excellent choice of beds and mattresses.
