Review of Iconic Smiles
Today was my last visit to Iconic Smiles, Hilltop, Hatfield.
Having lost a bottom jaw molar to an infection, the gap left was annoying and occasionally painful, when biting down on something 'crunchy' onto the gum.
Dr Mayur Pandya took me through all the options and we went with an implant.
I have to say I was a little apprehensive initially, but it was best described as mildly uncomfortable rather than painful, Mayur took me through every step and even gave me his personal mobile and e-mail should I have experienced any pain or bleeding following the insertion of the implant - there was none!
Today my new tooth was placed on the implant, it fitted with beautiful precision and feels so natural in my mouth - a heavenly meal this evening.
I cannot recommend Iconic Smiles and Dr Pandya strongly enough.

Review of RAC Breakdown Cover
RAC Engineer 2665 worked really hard to establish why my car would not start finally confirming the starter motor was at fault. He produced a report which I gave to our garage and I also have a quote Fromm the RAC to carry out the repair. Will be interesting to compare.

Always prompt service and products really good value for money.
Only the one occasion an incorrect product was supplied - excellent customer service in rectifying the error.

Dripping Taps and constant running toilet system.
Homeserve plumbers attended over two days. Toilet flush system completely replaced. Very efficient plumber including a new thumbscrew stop tap, now works better than new Following day another plumber attended, replaced the taps in the outside utility, at last taps that turn on easily and turn off without constant dripping, but best of all 'barrel' washers replaced in kitchen, no longer dripping running and making the pipes rattle when anyone has a bath or a shower, thanks you Homeserve - both really clean, tidy and efficient plumbers.

The two day Instructors FAW Renewal with NUCO which included as extra hours for the Oxygen Therapy and Anaphylaxis training was provided by Michelle in a very professional and structured manner. All Students were experience in their own fields as well as First Aid Instructors bringing in plenty of experience and fresh ideas which were supplemented by Michelle's own brilliant ideas as well.
Paperwork and all supporting material supplied by NUCO in their usual very professional style.
Accommodation and Refreshments - excellent.

Emergency plumber attended, he travelled from Bletchley to Welwyn without a grumble, quickly replaced the leaking joint under the floorboards with no mess whatsoever, checked all was in order and then left and we had water again without any leaks.
