The first pair of leggings that I…

The first pair of leggings that I bought bobbled after the first wash.
I contacted the customer service and they are sending me another pair. I hope they are better

I bought this with my debit card then…

I bought this with my debit card then realised I had a gift card and was told the best thing was to return the item and repurchase using the gift card. It has now been 10 days and STILL the money hasn’t been refunded, despite assurances it was on its way.

We are unable to add a gift card to an already placed order, so in order for you to use this gift card the best way to proceed would you to re-order with the gift card. Our refunds usually take 3-5 working days, I am really sorry if there was a delay with this. Due to the late response to your review, I trust this has now been resolved for you.
