Bad and costly experience
The password for my login was not working and i could not reset it either. No one helped me neither costumer sercives. As a result i flew 3 days later. Spent money 3 nights at airport hotel taxi and rebooking flights. In the end had to do a pcr test at sofitel heathrow which cost me additional money.

i have received no copies to date of…
i have received no copies to date of the certificates though these have all ben paid for and for one EPC, not done yet, several appointments have been scheduled with no success. also still waiting for a refund for a cancelled certifciate
