My experience at Laura Bond, from start to finish was perfect. All of the staff were really welcoming and helpful. The process of choosing my jewellery was great, the member of the team that I dealt with was very knowledgeable and patient, and gave me plenty of time to choose my perfect earring. My piercing with Amber was done very professionally and was pretty painless. She explained everything fully, and I felt very comfortable throughout. Very happy, so much so, I'm now booked for another one!

I have bought many mugs and bowls from this wonderful potter, some as gifts, and some for me, and they are all just beautiful. The service from start to finish is seamless, and all of the orders arrive really quickly, beautifully wrapped and really carefully packed. I just ordered some custom mugs, and it was so easy to message her with the details. I got a really quick response, and regular updates prior to receiving them, so I knew the different stages were exactly as I had wanted. She is so thoughtful, and kind, which means a lot when you are wanting something so special, and personal. I cannot recommend this business enough, you will be really happy with her ceramics, and it is great to have some unique things to cherish and love. 5 stars from me for everything!
