Needed to return a sub standard order but was told I couldn't. After many years of superb service something has changed for the worse so I have cancelled my Prime membership and will use eBay from now on as they are reachable and fair over problems, which Amazon used to be

Made the mistake of booking a local trip

Normally I would not fault Jet2 having used them several times with absolutely no complaints. However 4 of us booked the Amalfi coast boat trip through them at the hotel. A bit more expensive but it wasn't a concern. We did the coast tour and at Amalfi we queued for our named boat to return to Sorrento. The crew shut the gates and said they were full and off they went leaving around 50 of us standing there. Eventually we got back so late our dinner booking was invalid at a restaurant we wanted to try. Apparently booths at Amalphi were just selling as many tickets as they could without checking capacity. So basically the boat who's name we were told to remember was being sold extra tickets with no space for our return. Complained to Jet2 a month ago but heard nothing.

Food far to spicy

Not only was the food so spicy that it burnt my granddaughters mouth, the service was appalling. We waited over 45 minutes from eating the starter to getting the over spicy main course. When informing the waiter that her food was inedible he seemed more interested in bringing the bill with a tip already added. Not a service charge, but a tip. I have never had this before and although you can cancel the tip it is just embarrassing. Suffice to say our family will not be frequenting this establishment again

Absolute nightmare of a company

Absolute nightmare of a company. Ordered oil from this company about 2yrs ago and said never again. For some reason my wife ordered from this place when I wasnt here. Supposedly cheaper than our normal delivery company but the hassle was horrendous. They ordered our oil from New Era oil and gave us a latest delivery of February 14th. After waiting in all day because of no info it obviously didn't arrive. Phoned boiler juice who said it would arrive by February 15th. It didn't, so another wasted day. Phoned boiler juice again on 17th, 16th was a Sunday, and they said they couldn't get in touch with New Era but would investigate. My wife hung up and phoned New Era and got through within 5 minutes.They informed us it would arrive on the 18th which it did. Never use boiler juice if you need your oil within 3 weeks. NEVER AGAIN.

No wonder I have high blood pressure

No wonder I have high blood pressure. The M&S credit card mobile app is basically unusable. Obviously some whizz kid fresh out of primary school has updated it. It used to be fine until about 3 months ago. It is now touch and go as to whether my details are verified as correct then when I finally get it showing there is a white overlay full of useless information and I can't get rid of it to see my details and balances. Once I calmed down I phoned them to be presented with a person, probably working from home with bad signal, who I could not understand. I have now paid off my balance and am waiting 5 days, WHY, before I can close my account. I just thank God I haven't got a bank account with them. Absolutely disgraceful and I will be glad to see the back of them. With the number of one star reviews its a wonder their banking arm doesn't collapse.

I do wish Tesco would stop pumping out…

I do wish Tesco would stop pumping out offer vouchers at the checkouts for products that are not in stock. This has happened to me twice before and again this month. The offer was for Ariel original gel 24 wash size. Over the last 3 weeks I have been into 4 Tesco stores within my region and not one of them has them on the shelf. When I asked an assistant if they had any round the back he informed me they hadn't had that size for ages. Funnily enough they always had the expensive 35 or 51 wash size. Not the one on offer though

Seat customer services and parts…

Seat customer services and parts department are not fit for purpose. I wanted the oil changed on my Leons DSG gearbox. Unable to help they put me through to parts to get a quote. They never answered so upon ringing back the customer services said parts would ring me later or the next day. 3 days later and no call. Phoned again today and was put through to parts who, surprise surprise, never answered. this may have been a godsend in the end as I gave up with Seat and got an excellent quote from an automatic specialist in my area. they will also do the major service that I require for nearly £100 less than the dealer

Just re downloaded the M&S app as it…

Just re downloaded the M&S app as it didn’t work on my phone. It still doesn’t work. I then put it on the iPad and it’s the same. There is a white page with the word Balances overlaying the actual page that you want. You can’t check balances or make a payment. Will have to pay it off as I don’t trust them to take DD on time. I will then cut this card into as many pieces as I can. Customer services are barely understandable and of no help.

Put 2 items in my basket then sent a question regarding size and orientation of the prints. Email answered saying they would reply to my mail within 48hrs. They didn't so I ordered elsewhere and items are on there way with emails keeping me informed. Won't use canvas art again as there are plenty of others out there who appreciate your orders.

Can't understand all these good…

Can't understand all these good reviews. Tried ringing Vision Express in Tescos Store in Ipswich. Held on for 25 minutes listening to the most ghastly music I have ever heard. They never bothered to answer the phone so won't be using them again. Maybe they are good, if you can actually get through on the phone, but I will never know.
PS. Specsavers answered in less than one minute

I wish to simply return an item and reorder the next size. Unfortunately I have no order number so I tried to log on. Firstly it will not let me log on. Then I
go to "forgot my password" which will send me a link.
Tried 3 times and it never arrived, so
I thought, foolishly, I will phone them. After finally finding a number I was told to "hold" or press 4. I pressed 4 and it cut me off. Phoned again and this time I held, and it cut me off. too much working from home probably, but will not be ordering from them again

They keep sending emails saying they will value my car then say "oops we can't value your car at this time". I gave two registrations for my cars and got same reply. Stop sending me emails. After I bought a car off them and had loads of hassle why would I buy from them again.
