Be careful with these people

Be careful with these people, my son cancelled his membership in person at the club handed in the fob etc they were really nice , they stopped sending emails etc making you think it's all settled but never cancelled the direct debit, after 4 years we spoke to them and they said yeah you've never been in since you handed in the fob , but you don't have evidence you cancelled anything so we are keeping the money . BYE they have also done this to a friend so that's nearly 3000 pounds they have scammed and won't return

We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. As we discussed, we require notice for membership cancellations, as outlined in our terms and conditions. This process was understood and completed correctly in the member in question’s previous memberships.

We have never processed cancellations in person and require written notice via email or through our member portal to ensure clear records. Unfortunately, we did not receive a cancellation request for this membership, which is why payments continued. We always recommend reaching out as soon as possible with any payment concerns so we can address them promptly.

Disjointed customer service between broadband and mobile packages

I spent hours waiting to get through , they promised to call back didn't and now I've been over charged for months. I raised a formal complaint which they are obliged to follow up on. They notified me that they had attempted to call me but couldn't reach me , when the complaint was that I had no reception and had to move provider during the cool off period. I asked how they had attempted to contact me and never got a reply, I assume they tried the mobile that didn't have any service...

Southampton Airport-Avoid

Southampton Airport - Avoid if I you can or be very careful, I have rented now three times from these guys who seem quite friendly -twice they have looked and found any possible way to spot the slightest issue and stick it to you, eg my middle name on my credit card not all my names , passport and driver's licence and two utility bills as proof , never had an issue in 10 yrs using the card and I'd even hired a car the week before with the same card.May seem cheaper but the manager will do what they can to make things difficult- can either be a jobsworth or company policy , you have been warned.
