Terrible customer service. Been sat on live chat for over half an hour without getting through. I sent something back over 3 weeks ago and have heard no communication.

First of all, Ashlea is wonderful to deal with. Great customer service!! I need a custom bikini bottom made quite quickly before I go abroad and she is doing all she can to get it done and shipped in time with express delivery. I cannot thank you enough! The quality of the bikini is 10/10 and it makes my top half look banging. Thank you. :)

So I read the reviews and was worried it was a scam but mine has just arrived! (24.08). I ordered on the 12th August so took a little longer than expect but I thought it would as was coming across the globe. It’s great! Doesn’t work too well on dry hair but wet hair is good! A good dupe I think!

Very confused. I sent my lashes back. Initially in an email I said I wanted an exchange but I wrote a note in the package asking for refund instead and when their customer service team emailed me to confirm what I would like to do, I stated that I was wanting a refund. But now i've been sent an exchange and no one is answering my emails? Not sure what is going on there.

Andrew from Envirofone sent my phone for a retest and my phone has passed all checks. I am getting my full quoted amount back plus a little extra. Thank you Andrew for keeping me updated.
However, I still want to say there is something fishy about this whole situation. How did my phone miraculously recover within one hour?...
Sent back my IPhone 7 in full working order. Received an email today saying there was 'Screen or LCD Damage : White Spots / Discoloured / Shaded Area'. I know FOR A FACT this was sent in FULL WORKING CONDITION. I have used these services before and know better than to send a damaged product.
I contacted customer services who said they were sending it down for a retest. I also asked for proof that the screen was damaged.
I will be heading to their offices to collect my phone if it fails again and I would like to see how they test their phones.

Started my PTDip online in July and had many frustrations with the lack of support. I voiced my concerns to Meg and since then it's been an absolute dream.
