New Insurance

Taking out the insurance was relativly easy and the price was very competative, but you can never really judge how good a company is until you have to make a claim.
Hopefully I wont have to and my opinion will not be changed.

Problem with Microwave honed to report the fault Friday…

I phoned to report the fault Friday morning and was given an appointment for Monday.
The engineer phoned to let me know he was on his way. Arrived promptly, was very pleasant and efficient. Sorted out problem, had the spare part and got the microwave working again quickly.
It was a present surprise to receive such prompt and efficient service.

Review of National Windscreens

Rear windscreen replacemt.

Sent a very pleasant young man who did a good job and offered some good advice and cleared up the broken glass.
The only down side I had to wait a week for glass th be replaced, which with all the wet weather was problem.

Buying the plan was quite simple

Buying the plan was quite simple. Disappointing that not accepted by all funeral directors. Pleasant staff, but with any type of insurance you only find out how good a company is when you make a claim. So I do not feel in a position to comment further.
