Placed an order. Address info was slightly incorrect so I immediately contacted customer support, and was informed I couldn’t alter or cancel the order in any way once placed. Once the courier had the package I diverted it to a parcel stop which should have been delivered a week ago now but hasn’t arrived.
Both Evri and Customer support requested 48 hours to investigate and I’ve still heard nothing back. I’m out of pocket. No order and no answers.

So far so good. Communication has been clear and straightforward, I was contacted ahead of my appointment to clarify some information. Ahead of the assessment I was so anxious, but my clinician was absolutely lovely and I actually enjoyed the chat that we had. Towards the end she was understanding and empathetic (as my brain turned to mush) and was patient whilst I gathered my thoughts.
Next steps were laid out clearly and concisely and I was told that if I had any questions or concerns that I could reach out.
Follow up was booked before the call ended which was great.
Update: they would not provide a copy of my notes etc. without an admin fee. After having already parted with almost £1200, this stung. I've dropped a star from my rating for this as I feel patients should have access to their file if requested WITHOUT having to pay a pointless and excessive admin fee.

My first time booking with this airline and they cancelled my flight whilst giving only 16 hours notice. When I attempted to get alternative flights they were 100s more expensive. Asked for a refund, recieved confirmation that it was being processed from several online chat agents and even recieved the credit note via email.
Following a request for compensation for the cancelled flight (which was declined) they informed me that no such refund request was ever processed, and they need proof of power of attorney from the other passenger in order to process the refund...
So now I'm out of pocket for the flights, accomodation and parking without so much as an apology from Wizz. Shocking.
Too small for the amount of people - had 50+ people in the gym at one point.
Issues with Direct Debit coming through at almost double the price! Was told that the paperwork that went out detailing my membership fee was automated and was actually wrong, then tried to get 30 days notice out of me at a price I didn't agree to!
They conceeded and let me leave without notice, but only after I complained that they'd breached the terms of their contract by trying to charge me more than the contract stated - automated or not, a contract is a contract!
UPDATE: I've unsubscribed from their mailing list half a dozen times and am STILL recieving emails and text messages. Sort it out.

Great delivery and cheapest price we could find for the TV we ordered. The guys that delivered it were helpful, friendly and professional, they called us before arriving to make sure we were up (AM delivery slot) and brought the box into the room we specified.

Review is for the Ipswich club. Staff friendly and very helpful, facilities are almost constantly being cleaned so definitely no complaints there. Classes are good fun and led by good instructors (check out Chris' classes for sure). And the pool area is lovely - really looking forward to making use of the outdoor pool when the weather warms up a bit.
My only gripe is that when attempting to work from the business area, there were kids running around screaming at the top of their lungs from about lunch time to 5.30. Really not the one when you're on work calls in a supposed "business centre" area.
I get that this is going to happen as the club is family friendly, and especially during half term, but perhaps an area for adults only that you're allowed to take calls / meetings on would be a solution to this?
