Badly run organization

A very, very badly run organisation. Long wait times for everything is normal service. It doesn't matter if it's trying to contact them by telephone, or waiting for appointment, the patient does not appear to be the focus of the company's efforts. There is no ownership of your treatment. It will follow a disjointed path which has been designed not to cope given the pressure of patient numbers, and or lack of qualified staff - reasons given for delays/wait times.

The whole experience was amazing

The whole experience was amazing. Kate was so easy to deal with. I was kept informed from the purchase through to delivery The flooring arrived exactly when she said it would, and the driver was one of the most helpful ever. I would recommend, and use them again without hesitation.

Misleading Breakdown Cover

I was surprised to discover the breakdown cover is only valid within 20 miles of your home address. They did say further than this they would take you to a garage within 20 miles of your home. Although my policy covered Europe the breakdown cover didn't. Nowhere is this mentioned in their advertisments, although they said it would have mentioned in one of their scripts when I phoned. Proper breakdown cover is available as an extra. All insurance companies advise you to be straightforward, or your cover will be compromised, and then MCE have this misleading policy of not being straight forward. I wonder if there is anything else I haven't spotted.
