If anyone is debating to order from Farmer Gracy, you really must.
I have ordered a few times now, all plants, bare roots and bulbs have all arrived in perfect condition.
They have all been packaged well and a lot of care has been taken so everything arrives safely.
The invoice is always neatly in a little envelope. Such a nice touch.

On the website the tree we ordered looked amazing.
Unfortunately the fibre optics didn't work, I contacted Garden Trends by phone and spoke to a lovely lady called Elca, she said she was going to send a replacement with DHL on 24hr delivery.
We thought that's ok, we should recieve it before Christmas.
Unfortunately we didn't receive a replacement,
On 24th Dec I was e-mail saying we would receive a refund.
I would love to know why a replacement wasn't delivered please.
Also do you do Quality Control check on your Christmas trees?
We were disappointed as no tree for Christmas.
I have only given 1 star and that is because of Elca, who was very kind and sympathetic.
The tree is in the bin as instructed by Elca.
