So happy with Aiden and Ryan who fitted our new front door and sidelight.
Very skilled and tidy work.
Door looks awesome and couldn’t rate them or Martindales any higher.
Well done to everyone - from start to finish - this is how customer service should be.
Great work!

Disgraceful experience - AVOID

Lawnmower bought, and failed 3 weeks after purchase on the 2nd attempt of use. Disgraceful and rude customer service to resolve.
Having to resort to chargeback through bank to recover funds, and I encourage all readers of this review to stay well away from this company.
Worst Customer experience I have ever endured

Incompetence, and Technologically inept.

I have a repeat subscription to an overseas digital newspaper (Based in USA). My credit card keeps being blocked because of this £4 monthly charge.
No one phones, no SMS, no email, nothing to enquire if this transaction is genuine.
Each month I have to waste 2 hrs calling them to unblock my card, despite me telling them the £4 charge will be repeated. Their notes are captured recording this fact, yet it is ignored. I was stranded recently when my card would not work and I had a wife and young kid who could not be fed at that point in time.
I have been told today that I will have to call them each month to release the block that they will apply despite knowing and acknowledging that the £4 charge will reoccur. And to think I spend almost £1500 average per month through the card, yet the expected monthly £4 charge for my subscription cannot be ignored, and I have to deal with this failure of a company. Their staff are rude, belittling and unsympathetic to the plight of the customer. I have alerted the merchant in question who are keen to write an article on this, and some uk based media outlets are keen also. When you think that people are struggling with high stress because of the economy and Covid, then, how can it be that a credit card company would keep you on hold for 1 1/2 hrs, cut you off repeatedly while you are trying to resolve their issue, whilst talking over you, then belittle you, and will continually be rude to you, and showing complete incompetence throughout the charade.
I am going to ensure this company is taken to the cleaners, and that serious external investigations are conducted. Enough is enough.
Anyone reading tis, run a million miles from this firm, and continue to run for the hills.
The worst company I have ever deallt with.

Unbelievably good service

Unbelievably good service
The ordering process was excellent and the swapping of smaller gas bottle for larger one was simple to understand and the ease of transaction was brilliant.
What was the best thing was the logistic tracking. It was so accurate and reliable.
I was so impressed with the service, cost, delivery driver and overall logistics that I phoned immediately after taking the delivery to thank BBQ Gas London.
No more trips to Homebase or b&q for
me.
Such a fantastic service.
My supplier for gas is now BBQ Gas London. I have recommended the service to 2 family members and close friend already - within 24 hrs of placing the order !

Jade Bamford is the best conveyancer.

Jade Bamford is the best conveyancer I have ever dealt with. Thorough and diligent she deserves formal recognition for delivering probably the trickiest sale of the last 5 years at least.
Her support staff were professional and thorough equally.
Service overall was superb.
Without Jade our house move for our expectant child would never have happened.
Please promote her. She deserves formal praise and plenty of it.

Breathtaking service.

When my wife and I were comparing estate agents to handle our sale we had always been fearful of enduring another poor experience where you have zero insight into the marketing of your property coupled with traditionally poorly trained sales people.
The data and unbelievably insightful feedback was truly revolutionary.
Why could we not have had this type of data from estate agents historically ? - I think it’s because they hang on to this information to keep sellers in the dark and not maximise the selling price - as all that traditional estate agents want to do is to match buyers and sellers only and get the commission.
Purple bricks have changed our view on what is always known as the second most stressful day after your wedding day Into a positively memorable experience.
The buyer has also bought a wonderfully cared for property and this was important to us.
Both Emma - who was professionally adept at handling the many viewers to the property and Graham who handled the negotiations were both clearly experienced, educated, and effective in arranging the property sale within a week.
Thank you both ever so much from my wife and I.
In a word - breathtaking!
