Came for a procedure for a biopsy & I have been here 4 hours laid on a bed and yet to go down because the anaesthetist could get himself here on time. I’ve been been left alone in a cubicle. The customer care is awful! His lateness will cost me 2 train tickets & hotels for 2 people and parking fines. I have checked the alleged train problems & there are ample trains from the location he claims to have come from. This is an experience I wouldn’t want again despite the first visit being good. The lack of care and time I’ve laid on this uncomfortable bed is worse than NHS treatment and costing thousands. I doubt they will reimburse my lost costs. This is through no fault of mine. I arrived one hour early!

A day late

A day late - no updates & no tracking until 24 hours after it was promised to say it would arrived later that day making the parcel delivered 36 later than planned. Service is poor as is the App!

The very WORST SERVICE company on the Planet!

This outfit are the WORST on the planet. The Nat West special membership uses them and they are diabolical. They sent me a joiner when I needed a plumber, a man with no tools who'd had his van stolen and was 3 hours over his work hours and didn't want the job, they tell you engineers are on site when they aren't and today they have ruined 3 jobs to date by keeping me at home all day for an 8-5 attendance to ring me at 11 am and say they aren't coming at all when I cancelled my work today. Don't use these if at all possible. They are truly hopeless. The poor switchboard operators must have a terrible life, but the senior management and board of directors are simply never anywhere to be found. They are simply THE WORST you can ever find!

Customer Service is non existent

Customer Service is non existent! Their online service is pre determined computer generated answers. They charge you up front and when their commission paid designers fail to deliver or don't respond even AFTER they have taken your cash they then ask you to go through to a non responsive resolution centre and wait days for your cash to be returned. For me when it works it is a decent service but they say you only find out how good something really is when it doesn't work...and this is as bad as it gets. In essence you are paying your money on a wing and a prayer and many designers decide if they want a gig at their advertised rates and if they don't they just ignore the fact you have paid. When it is bad you are left with nobody to speak to and up the creek without a paddle.

Guaranteed for seven years and we had 60 days to see if it was the best machine for us

We have bought the new 9kg hotfill machine and after 2 weeks are delighted with it in comparison to our previous machines. It is much quieter, we both think it is simple to use and has plenty of options for a variety of washes so we are more than happy with the results. The machine is very well built and we are reassured by the seven year guarantee when our last two machines lasted a total of six years and both had a repair during their lifespan. I like the energy efficiency qualities which appear to be the highest and the fact that it doesn't overwash our clothes we feel will be kinder on our garments. And the company offered us a money back guarantee when we visited their factory shop so that took away any risk or doubts we may have. We highly recommend these products.

This product is good when it works, but the key word is WHEN

This product is good when it works, but an absolute nightmare when it invariably goes wrong. They won't let you ship the shaver and the blades together despite both being broken. A warranty replacement battery lasted less then 4 weeks. The battery won't charge, the battery won't switch off, the battery won't switch back on. The digital numbers disappear on the charge indicator. The blade broke and was dangerous. It is a complete nightmare dealing with these people and they have the customer service empathy of tortoise crossed with a snail. They don't realise that if your product breaks and is not of merchantable quality their customer service has an opportunity to show you that you made the right decision buying their product. NOT A CHANCE!!! it is a nightmare dealing with them and the product I image is a cheap purchase from a far eastern factory which simply will not last a year and in my experience lasted 6 months and then the replacements have lasted four weeks. Good when it works, but the key word is WHEN!!!!!
