Driver came and hour earlier than the agreed time. Amended items for my collection were not updated and passed on to the driver who refused to collect the additional items even if I specified that I was happy to pay more. When collected what he wanted, he left the first address at 10:30am and delivered to the second address 6 hours later. Called AnyVan office to complain but they said there was nothing they could do. Had to hire a separate van privately and carried the additional 5 boxes myself. Would never use AnyVan service again.

No problem in using the account and cards. The real problem in Revolut is the inefficient Customer Service. I have reported the issue for my referee to order a physical card because in Italy only three banks are recognized by Revolut. They have kept me a whole day in the useless online chat I've ever experienced with , so far, three people telling me that in order to receive the reward my referee has to order a physical card. I am absolutely appalled by the poor quality of the service from such a big company. By the way they are still not able to helping me with this and I will lose the reward again.

I am happy to take this opportunity to say that I am extremely pleased with my new Nabru sofa. It is comfortable and stylish, a perfect complement to my living room. The assembly service also has been great, the gentleman has kindly and patiently showed me how each peace is joined together.
