I have been ordering from Aquacabra for a couple of years, and they are the rare company that actually deserves the hype. Every parcel turns up like a small miracle, neatly packed, exactly what I ordered, and on time, which in my book is basically wizardry. Their products are solid, their prices sensible, and their customer service sounds like a person who actually cares, not a bot reading from a script. If Aquacabra were a mythical creature, it would be the friendly sea monster that knocks politely, leaves a brilliant parcel, and swims off whistling. Reliable, amusingly competent, and somehow still surprising me after years, they make online shopping feel like a treat. Highly recommend, especially if you enjoy things that work and companies that try.

Evri has once again outdone itself in…

Evri has once again outdone itself in the art of being utterly useless. A new driver apparently could not locate my address and marked it as incomplete, which is hilarious considering dozens of their drivers before managed just fine. Either this driver has the sense of direction of a headless chicken, or Evri has decided to hire people straight out of a maze with no exit.

To make things worse, trying to contact support is like screaming into a bin. Their chatbot is an idiotic loop of canned nonsense, deliberately designed to keep you away from a real human being. It is less customer service and more digital torture. You’re forced to click through the same scripted rubbish over and over while your parcels vanish into oblivion.

Evri should rebrand as Nevri because that is the one thing you can count on them for, never delivering and never helping.

Absolutely useless customer service

Royal Mail’s customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They clearly do not read emails properly or make any effort to understand the actual issue. Instead of a relevant response, you get copy-paste rubbish that has nothing to do with your question. It feels like you're talking to a brick wall.

You can explain something in plain English and they’ll still reply with some generic nonsense that shows they didn’t even bother to read it. It’s infuriating. There’s no logic, no support, just time-wasting replies that go in circles and solve nothing.

If you're expecting real help, forget it. They are completely detached from reality and offer zero accountability. Absolute joke of a service.

And when it comes to lost parcels, good luck getting your money back. These days you have almost no chance. They now demand all sorts of ridiculous and questionably legal “evidence” to even consider a claim. For example, they expect buyers to send screenshots of private messages with sellers just to prove the parcel was lost. That’s a blatant breach of GDPR and an invasion of privacy.

Instead of taking responsibility for their own service failures, they put the burden entirely on the customer and make the process as difficult and frustrating as possible. It's shady, unethical and feels deliberately designed to stop people from claiming what they're owed.

Awful service all around. Avoid them if you can.

Deeply Disappointed – No Sales and Privacy Concerns

I joined Numonday with high hopes for selling my handmade items, but unfortunately, my experience has been entirely negative. Since opening my shop, I have had zero sales and no meaningful traffic. What’s worse, almost immediately after signing up, I started receiving multiple scam emails per day. This sudden spike in spam makes me seriously question how my contact information is being handled. It gives the impression that customer data may not be adequately protected—or worse, may be shared or sold.

This experience has been frustrating and disheartening. I would not recommend Numonday based on my experience, and I strongly urge the company to address both the lack of platform engagement and the serious privacy concerns.

avoid

One and half month waiting and still no outcome nor any response to my emails. When purchased furniture insurance you've stated that any claim would be resolved within 3 days. I'm sick and tired of this. I will contact the ombudsman, and if this won't help, I will resolve the issue via FCA.
Oh, let me guess your response to this review - "Unfortunately, we are unable to find you in our system" BS.

I am leaving my tracking details here for others to see how riddiculous this company can be. Been promissed up to 7 days delivery, which turned out to 21 days and still not yet delivered. 3 times I had to provide documents over the emails, despite all being displayed on a parcel, multiple phone calls to hear irrelevant copy-paste rubbish from your customer service. Lazy workers cannot be bothered to move their ass from chair to check the parcel.

Ridiculous Substitutes

When I order something, I just want my item. If it's not available, it should be deducted. You can take your irrelevant substitues and shove it where the monkey keep he's nuts. I suggest you should train your pickers in Rugby how to pick correctly. I will never order again.

It is another time I received incorrect pills. Instead of Naproxen 500mg I received 250mg with a 500mg Well label. On top of that 2 persons signed for it.

Boxes arrived wraped only in foil. Some of them were damaged.

With regards to the packaging of our boxes all our boxes are wrapped in strong clear plastic wrapping, we would never use foil to package our items. If you have received any damaged stock please let us know the size and quantity and we will be happy to replace them for you.
