Book was ok - ordered book & gift box as was a gift, Item arrived minus the gift box, not the service you expect. Gift didn’t have that something ‘special’ due to this, disappointing. Customer service did reply quickly & refunded for missing item. Unfortunately not a great experience, would have continued to order from them throughout the years & now, sadly, don’t have confidence ordering gifts from them again.

I ordered the GTS Vespa mini 6v for my 2 & a half yr old daughter, small for her age & she absolutely loved it. For small children. The Vespa mini goes forward’s, has working lights & a horn, it does not reverse which would be a good addition/upgrade. Delivered quickly & in time for Christmas. Strong, sturdy ride on.

Yodel are S**t. Plain & simple. Never, ever have anything but trouble when my parcels are delivered by Yodel. Late delivery. Left sitting in from 7am - 9pm with absolutely no contact from Yodel. No explanation. No apology. No communication from them. The tracking is abysmal. The app is atrocious, waste of time downloading. 2nd day of sitting in & waiting & no contact from Yodel, again. I get in touch with them & am told parcel will be delivered between 2.45 & 4.45 .... delivery turns up approx 5.30pm & oh! Of course nothing to do with today’s driver - he just picked up the van, what’s left on it, is left on it, nothing to do with him!! Parcel in bad condition. Absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs. I don’t know why people still send parcel via this company.
