My service is normally good, on this occasion it was far from it. I requested a certain date to enable me to be around. To only be told it has arrived a week too early, luckily it was able to be accepted and stored. NOT GREAT

The quality of this item was great HOWEVER I think The Range should choose another delivery service for larger items. Arrow x were most unhelpful regarding my enquiry, it took over half hr to try to arrange a time slot due to work commitments. To only then find on delivery day that their arrangement had then changed to be 2 hrs late. Delivery guys were friendly but that didn't really help me out regarding getting people in to give access to property and then having to mess them around after Arrow x mix up
