Prior to my appointment it was very difficult to get hold of anyone to make or change appointment. There were three people in the clinc room for my appointment with no explanation as to who and why so many people. I was sent two separate appointment letters for a week apart. Had to prompt clinician to check skin on my head where original melanoma was. Overall didn't put me at ease and very little confidence in service. Will be seriously consider options before attending further appointments.

Been to pick our 3rd bed from Bensons in 5 years due to the 2 previous beds being faulty and being replaced. Customer service in store was good. Email customer service and takes them 2 weeks to get back to you.
