Dodgy company. Sign up for trial. Never received lenses. Portal shows it was not shipped. Contacted customer service and email was never answered. Avoid avoid

The products are great, but what really astounds me with this company is how efficient everything runs. From a.local.call centre that knows who's calling when they pick up the phone, through to super efficient and quick dispatch and pain free ordering. Their processes and efficiency is what other company should strive for. Their staff are super helpful and have an answer to every question.

Ok, so I was wooed in with their good returns, and put in significant cash. The first 2 weeks were great, then there was this mess of the USDJPY trade, which in the end was destroyed by their hedge. Someone at CTT forgot to set a stop loss or turn off the hedge, and it ended up being a -25k loss. I pulled my cash out and wore my losses before they destroyed what remaining capital I had left. I think they are asleep at the wheel. Their communications with customers were extremely poor, and there was no attempt to make things right. I closed the account, be wary, If you invest, only do small amounts.

The worst host i've ever used. Constantly wanting more security deposits. When they issued the second security deposit invoice, they gave me 7 days to pay it, but terminated services within 24 hours of issuing the invoice, even though it wasnt due yet! refused to reactivate until the second security deposit was paid. Took ages to get a refund. went elsewhere.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had a similar experience to others here. I created a production server on OVH Public cloud and paid for a month in advance. I was asked pay a $50 security deposit, so I did. Before my prepaid month was up, they cancelled my service without any warning or email notification! When I contacted them they said it was suspended because they wanted another $16 security deposit!! Lucky I had an off-site backup so I moved to Amazon. These guys are running some type of scam to fleece customers of money and suspend their services while you are still on a prepayment period. Don't trust them with your data or server, it won't be safe. Look elsewhere, unless you want stress.
