Our fitter was professional, caring and very efficient. Unlike other installers we have used in the past he was very conscientious in vacuuming dust and sawdust as soon as practicable.
The finished work was excellent.

The video of the vehicle for the health check was good, but the technician spoke too quickly and I had to watch the video three times to full understand all the points.
Dealing with the booking centre was poor as I had a problem that really needed to be discussed with the local garage but unable to be put through and the auto answers were not helpful from the centre.

Apart from two loose floorboards in the bathroom which one protruded sufficiently to stub a toe, the property was clean and presentable.
The bath towels were on the small side.

In the end we compromised and bought a unit.

Allowed 6 hours for mattress before sleeping on it. Good support. After a few days the mattress is fully formed and comfortable. Only issue is that it is hotter than expected.

Everything received as described. Delivered within the time frame given and occasionally earlier.

We found the whole service provided by NJ to be seamless and efficient. The fitters were excellent and very thorough in accordance to their remit.

My only comment is that when paying thousands of pounds to have a staircase renewed is that the gaps are not sealed when the new sections are in place. We were made aware that remedial work would not be undertaken and therefore, i feel slightly disappointed that the staircase itself was not entirely finished
