They refuse warranty
The laptop broken (less then 5 months), they refused to accept it under warranty. don't buy anything from them

We would gladly help with a solution for your laptop, but are unable to. BCC is currently unable to carry out a number of activities by order of the court. Among other things, we currently cannot help you with a warranty claim. That's why we advise you to contact the manufacturer, to ask them for help.

never never never. very bad service, if you want to stop your subscription you have spent many months before it will be finished because of some kind of "wrong stop subscription" procedure. every your wrong "stop subscription "will be cost for you extra 4 months of payment.
I sent three times stop my subscription and no reaction or something wrong.
p.s. I would give you "zero" stars but it no possible, unfortunately
