Temperatures in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers.
With regards to equipment we always aim to provide a broad spread of kit to cater to a range of fitness needs and meet demand as it changes through the day, getting the balance right between weights and cardio.
