I had an issue where my account was charged for a renewal without any prior notification. I was sure I had cancelled the auto-renewal, so I was surprised to see an annual fee applied. I left a negative review and contacted the support team, who eventually understood the situation and processed a full refund. Ofcourse i did not use any of their new credits. I’m satisfied now that the matter is resolved, but an improvement in their communication with customers before charging is required.
bought a standard ticket (not economy) and paid high price as it allows for no amendment fees and fully refundable 24 hrs before departure. Informed direct ferries 2 days before and they say that there will be cancellation charges of £10. Argued why? and they say its their policy. i reminded them about my standard ticket terms. they come back apologising that its not £10 but £5. Again asked, where is it shown. they say its a confusion from their side, but its an internal operator policy and they will have to charge. i asked them what is the internal operator policy? is it to hide such charges as there is no communication about it and rather the ticket confirmation clearly shows 'fully refundable 24hrs before departure'. now they abscond and charged me fully despited confirming cancellation. such a FRAUDLENT organization. Wightlink should not operate with such orgnizations. looks bad for them too. next time, i will directly go and with other operator

the brooklands gym is not good. equipments are in poor state. plus i did not see any value of continuing. on top of it its so hot inside, that you dont feel like doing workout.its on top of boiling restaurants and stink like you are in hot hell. I was on a 3 month rolling period assessing if it will be good and can i and under the impression that it would cancel after that. But the money was taken from my account. their website doesnt have any feature to check your cancelation terms. for everything you have to mail which is weird. i emailed them on the day the money was taken saying that my 3 month rollout was done and if they can refund. answer i get is that they cannot refund. Any decent gym, one might expect 2 things. reminder emails about continuing memberships so customers know if they have to cancel or not and atleast the website should have a simple feature of 'Cancel button'
I have a private insurance via my company and i pay substantial amount every month. I tried to book an appointment for dermatoligist for my dependent and i was only given 1 specialist name in the email. (even despite having an account id, i am being asked to write online forms which are so tedious and time consuming). I tried booking the apppointment..date i am getting is after 3 months. The hospital booking line tried to give me an earlier appointment. I am trying to contact back on the same claim and again i have to write the same online form. response i get is that they will come back after 2 days while the apppointment is in a day..Its such a waste of time. i will be complaining my organization to withdraw my services for sure from such a health insurance provider which doesnt provide service when needed. i believe the NHS will be faster then these guys.

worst bank...the M2W division cheats you by making you transfer money from international bk accounts to india and then if we transfer the same money back, they object everywhere without giving timely correct reasons thereby delaying and ensuring that money stays in their Indian account forever..most pasthetic experience felth ever..
good spares they have. it fitted well in the hood. i was shocked to see this happen. very economical and timely too. plus the good part is that the guys are highly responsive..so you are not left unattended ever.
pretty straight forward and transparent.I think the best part is that they make good properties. prices are decent and are very friendly in their dealing. As long as you are serious about buying they are more then eager to close the deal in mutual interest. appreciate their sales staff.
