Overall the gym is value for money, enough equipment and friendly. However, the running machines are a little old and temperamental and there is a whiff of weed regularly in the changing rooms.

Monzo has just debanked my son without any explanation after I sent him a few thousand left to him when his grandmother passed away in February. He has banked with them for 6 years and it is his current account. I am shocked a Monzo can do this without any need to justify the decision, we don't know why. It is causing deep trauma at a difficult time. Needless to say I will close my own account.

My wife has just started using Vinted. She had to send an order back. Despite presenting all the evidence that the returned parcel was signed for, there is no communication from Vinted customer services, despite assurances. So basically they have kept my wife's money. We have no idea what to do next as they have stopped communicating. This feels like a scam.

I can't believe I got suckered into using Interflora again in London to deliver my wife's Valentine days flowers. The florists in Ireland are excellent but my London experience has been hellish. Today I got an email saying that they have delivered the flowers but no flowers have arrived. This is two years running I have used them. Totally ruined the experience. How can they lie about it. We have a door camera so any further lies about having delivered the flowers can be disproved. Also no customer service response and no number to contact or live chat. This should not be allowed when a customer spends £70.

Absolutely disgusting from Bolt today! We needed to catch a train so booked for 8.30, 3 drivers accepted then cancelled, a fourth was 2 mins away, Bolt took my money but they suddenly drove the wrong way, then cancelled. By now it was 8.55 and we were stressed out, another cancelled then I was charged 75% more, I had no alternative but to Pay, another 10 mins passed before he turned up! We missed our train! Avoid!!!!!!! Never again!

Shocking, truly shocking only 11 flowers mostly dead, delivered late. Please avoid with every sinew of will. Sometimes the cheaper option is the worst, please visit your local florist or use a better online delivery service rather than this shower. Mothers day flowers arrived late and looked worse and looked like the dregs left at the end of the day. Horrendous NEVER AGAIN!!!

I feel bad having given interflora a glowing review that they immediately let me down in the worst way possible. Having spent £64 on a bouquet of roses they have delivered small old roses which I could have picked up for £5 in a local florist! This is hurtful and has ruined valentines day for us. I don't know how they can sleep providing such a shocking service in the knowledge they are ruining a cherished day and memory.

I totally trust Interflora to provide a great experience. I have been using them for the past 10 years and whether it is London or Northern Ireland they provide an excellent service. Great choice of flowers, reasonably priced but best of all delivered on time and presented beautifully.

Utterly atrocious customer experience. Having been conned into a Cinema package by an engineer it has taken me two hours today to unsubscribe. Their operating process is designed to infuriate customers so they give up unsubscribing. Their chat bot is unhelpful, their web site is only interested in promoting new custom and the phone lines give misleading numbers then a 45 minute wait! Terrible for something that should be a two minute online task.

I have no idea what the product is like at two days after I was supposed to have received the order it has still not arrived. I understand this is because of EVRi delivery service BUT as part of the business model Harry's must ensure they partner with companies which have a good reputation, otherwise their reputation and business will suffer, simples, That said the customer complaint dept was really good.

Flowers were well presented and delivered on time. The one downside was the written card which was scribbled in a terrible and barely legible way. This is not the way I would want my love one to read a loving message and may influence me choosing Interflora again. Also the chocolates were a little smaller than I expected

Really angry with EE to the extent that I have cancelled my account with immediate effect. I realised that my previous contract had expired and wanted to upgrade. I was told I had received a text on 8th November telling me the contract would expire. No such text was received. When I explained this the agent basically said tough it was my responsibility and they would continue to take the money. Also was quoted one price for the iphone but this was cut off, when I got through again the quote had changed. I was more than happy to renew with EE but feel they are greedy penny pinching who care little for their customers.

Very disappointed with an order from Robert Dyas which arrived without a handle. Speaking with customer services I felt like the onus was on me to get the package back to them in pristine condition AND ONLY THEN would they send another order. All i needed was the correct handle for my vegetable rack. Do not need hassle before Christmas
