Ordered two poles for our lounge. Arrived within a couple of working days. Quite happy.

Great system, but still have to travel 15-20 minutes one way to reach the nearest lockers. Please can we have some in Wincanton town centre/Morrisons?

A great postal service, but we need more local lockers. I have to do a 40-60 minute trip to post items. Still waiting for some at Morrisons in Wincanton!!!

Lockers are great, but there’s not enough locally. I live in Wincanton Somerset and when I get to the iboost lockers they are often full up, despite the App telling me there is availability!!!

Wasn’t very impressed with the box. Totted up the products in the box and could have purchased locally for the same if not cheaper price. Considering they are supposed to be waste products, they weren’t a bargain!!
Spoke to the company and got £2.50 off my next box, but don’t think I’ll go for another box.

Very easy drop off… parcels are simply scanned, add an email address, all finished.

More local and extra local lockers would be great. We have nothing in Wincanton.

Ordered four books by Lucinda Riley, with the key book required from the Seven Sister series. Courier couldn't find my books on the first time of trying to deliver and then when they did turn up, the book I'd ordered and really wanted wasn't there and they had stuck a different book in completely. Still haven't got any joy nine days after corresponding with the company. Spent £11/£12 trying to get one book that I wanted - will order form full price book shop next time! Not using this company every again.

The shower cubicle is great and just what we wanted, but the fitting instructions were not great. Took longer than it should have done! More written instructions and clear pictures would be more helpful. Hubby is a handyman and even he struggled!!

Worktops arrived as informed... they come with edging strips which wasn't obvious on purchase, but is ideal.. would recommend.
