Car insurance misleading fees
took car insurance. went to cancel it and was advised of a list of charges. one labelled 'arrangement fee' in addition to a cancellation fee! misleading, especially, as they advised no admin fee for cancelling, however this is also an additional cost. many costs that hit you and are all named different, however all apply, which makes it highly misleading for customers. Will be escalating to financial ombudsman, as this is not simple for customers to understand and goes against consumer duty requirements of the FCA.
