Avoid Bond & Mason – Poor Quality & Unfair Returns

The bag I received was cheap, poor quality, and not what was advertised.

When I tried to return it, Bond & Mason demanded that I pay international return shipping costing almost half the item’s price.

They stated in writing that they do not follow UK consumer laws, despite selling and delivering to UK customers. This effectively forces customers to lose money for returning substandard products.

To make matters worse, you cannot leave product reviews on their website, so negative experiences are hidden from future buyers.

Buyers beware: if the product is poor, you will be left out of pocket.

The repairer who attended was very…

The repairer who attended was very rude, condescending and was unnecessarily difficult.

He started off by saying he couldn't find the address and was going back and forth on why all suggestions given ti him on how to locate the exact address was not welcome by him.

He also then stated his car was too high for the car pack and he couldn't drive into the apartment. I asked what he wanted to do and if he would like to call his company to inform them or he would rather I should drive out of the car pack to where he was packed.

He then stated I should watch over the roof of his car and alert him if it hits the car park ceiling.

When shown the area of work to be done, he was very resistant and said the area was more than 30 cm even though this was approved as 2 different repairs.

This back and forth took 1 hr 30 mins. Eventually there was communications with the insurance company and he agreed to repair.

He declined total repair and chose the area he wanted to repair and even the area he chose to repair was very poorly done upon completion of the Job.

I am not sure if Mr Paul was having a bad day or if he is like this everyday but my encounter with him was very draining and frustrating.

If I could give no star

If I could give no star
I will have given this
Order was made on 27th November and I was informed Order has been dispatched .

However item is yet to be delivered till date .Tracking keep saying no information about this shipment
All attempts to reach customer care via emails ,phone calls and live chats yielded no response.


Can we ask if you are running a scam business now?
Please refund my money if the item will not be delivered .
This is so wrong and frustrating .
