Dan was extremely knowledgeable and gave lots of great advice. The platform itself was super easy to use and gave lots of valuable incite as property developers making sure we have chosen the right estate agents when selling in paramount as often times especially on bridged properties time is money. Going forward GetAgent will be an integral part of our strategy

Professional and courteous

Mo, Nile, Milad installed a diaken for me, they were exceptionally professional and kept me informed throughout. This was after Aria came to site and gave me a thorough assessment of my options before helping me arrive at the diaken. He spoke highly of his engineers who lived up to expectation, the boys left the place spotless after the install. Have recommended to a few of my neighbours and will be using them again for sure.

I received an email from the policy…

I received an email from the policy validation team that went directly to my junk mail 10 days ago, requesting a copy of my license and my check code (both myself and my wife have no points or offences). As the email went to my junk I was startled when I found out that my policy would in effect be cancelled today, despite me having both sets of documents to hand and available. Simply put they didn't make nearly enough effort to contact myself despite having multiple means of communication available. Highly disappointing to say the least. Other customers show that the quality of service is without a doubt poor. Super frustating have been on hold well over an hour trying to get in contact with someone

NOT GOOD ENOUGH WHEN IT MATTERS

Deposited on two occasions easily enough. The third attempt to deposit, my deposit was not credited for several hours. Meaning I missed out on a profit opportunity. Short service hours for a company like this doubt I'll be using them again.

I'm sorry to hear about your poor experience.

As mentioned to you on email, we are unfortunately at the mercy of our banking provider's transaction monitoring rules, which sometimes holds up payments pending an investigation by them, albeit rarely.

We are not a party to these rules but always endeavour to work closely with them to process the pending payments as soon as possible.

Terrible experience ordered a piece of…

Terrible experience ordered a piece of art worth over £600 and found that although UPS had confirmed delivery weeks ago. My US failed to register the item as delivered and as such have no means of receiving or returning said item. Have attempted to contact them to no avail.
