Received a hospital letter for a lifesaving operation for the 19th Nov, our booking was for the 18th Nov. We contacted the company to see if they could do anything in terms of amending the booking but they just said they couldn’t do anything as was too close to the date…. This was a month in advance. The man I spoke to was really unhelpful and not interested - has put me off ever booking with this company again
Review of Banterking
Will never order from here again. Order hasn’t arrived 2 weeks later despite saying 2-4 day delivery. Emailed numerous times and requested a refund…. Still no reply or refund.

I would highly recommend RomGun, delivery was quick and the quality of the product is amazing. I’ve always suffered with tight traps and after trying out my brother-in-laws I couldn’t wait to purchase one. It’s made a huge difference to my performance and recovery, I won’t be without one now!
