We were treated well from start to…

We were treated well from start to finish, Debbie looked after us and there was no pressure at any point, the pick up of our caravan was great with an explanation of all the systems.

Porch what porch?

I was at home, received a text from the courier with a photo, the photo was just a coloured blob, no detail whatsoever, the GPS wouldn’t show any detail and the message said parcel was left in the porch, I don’t have a porch, there is no way to Quickly let anyone at hermes know it is at the wrong address, it is then up to the recipient to chase the delivery through the retailer, as far as Hermes is concerned it has been delivered, that’s the end of it’s responsibility, fortunately the occupant of the other address brought the parcel round, the photo made no sense to him either also he doesn’t have a porch!!
