Very efficient and a welcoming…

Very efficient and a welcoming atmosphere. The dentist Hamza and the dental nurse Ella were both very professional and helpful, was in pain and needed a tooth taking out, was put at ease and talked through my options. Would recommend as an out of hours service in Preston.

Ordered my car in November through…

Ordered my car in November through salary sacrifice. Estimated delivery late March. Delayed because of Covid. I asked where my car was I was told it was at the dealership. As the restrictions were easing I contacted customer services for update I was told the dealership had furloughed all staff & they hadn’t been able to speak to anyone. I called again mid June I was told the dealership had opened and again told my car was with them, once the checks were done it would probably be just over a week. I’m still waiting. I received an update saying it was now estimated to be delivered early July. I again contacted customer services who told me the systems were down but my car was in transit to the dealership?? I tried calling today but automated message saying the offices were closed! Opens Mon-Fri but yet closed today?
The overall impression I’m getting is that no one really knows where my car is. I just hope I can cancel!! Really don’t want to be tied to this company for 4 years!!

I am sorry to learn of your experience. Covid -19 implications affected everyone and manufacturing was also stopped for the car industry. Whilst Tusker remain here to support our customers we can only provide our drivers to the best of our ability based on the availability of information from our third parties.

The impact of Covid - 19 and the lock down has caused delays and while the majority of our partners are back some still remain at a far less capacity.
