Great wee machine for cleaning small areas

Great wee machine for cleaning small areas.
Bought the Spotwash for a small bedroom and stairs and it took any stains out easily. It does seem like a workout if you are doing a decent area yourself but worth it.
Easy to setup and use.
Would recommend

Good quality t-shirts .I thought the shorts had an inner which they don't but this probably down to me not ready the site properly !
T-shirts fit as they should . Good price and quick delivery.

Very good quality book

Very good quality book and good story.Easy to order and quick delivery.My only small gripe is the book was slightly bent during delivery as the thin cardboard envelope was damaged but this is more to do with the postal service.

Great walks, great views, great times !

I have just spent 4 days walking part of the Tour du Mont Blanc with Ben and Sandy, our guides.
This was my first experience of this kind of tour and I was not disappointed . The walks each day were sometimes easy, sometimes strenuous , but always fun and the scenery is to die for. We stayed in Hostels so if you want luxury, go somewhere else but that is part of the experience. Ben and Sandy were engaging , fun and full of information.
I thoroughly enjoyed this Tour and will be looking for my next one soon.

Good clothing , POOR service

I ordered 3 items for my son’s birthday and paid extra postage to ensure it came in time. In their wisdom , Druids split the order into 2 and I received 2 of the items . The 3rd I never received and am dubious whether they bothered to send it at all. After a few emails they credited the cost of the 3rd item.
I enquired about the splitting of the order and the fact I had paid extra for postage and would now be at least £5.99 down to order the same item again which is now well past his birthday .
The response was basically that they are trying a new ordering system , they’re sorry but just get on with it.
Seems good clothing if you can get them to fulfil your order but when this doesn’t happen don’t expect them to help you in any way. Poor customer service but hey, ho, guess it was my fault they split the order and didn’t even send the 3rd item. 🙁
UPDATE : I was contacted by Druids following my review and they gave me a store credit covering postage for reordering my item plus the difference in price of the item . I have reordered with another few items so hopefully all goes well. Rating updated due to getting assistance but only after me contacting them a number of times .

Great experience

My wife and I went to the Cooking Masterclass at Thaikhun Glasgow .
We were welcomed by the 2 chefs who were very friendly and attentive.
The procedures, ingredients and other relevant information was given in an easy and fun way.
Really good making and cooking the different types of dumplings and Massaman curry. There was loads of food and we were given containers to take home leftovers. We were also given branded bags and aprons which was nice.
The drink was a selection of beers or cocktails or a soft drink . A great selection.
The time could have been better as it was only book-able at 1000 which was a bit early for eating our prepared food but this is due to operational reasons so understandable .
All in all a great experience with lovely staff.

Beware of this company

I sold an item on EBay which was posted to USA in July 2024. I was informed 4 days ago( just under 2 months after sale) that it had not been received .
I was initially past from pillar to post saying that it looked like the parcel was lost but they had to investigate . Then with breakneck speed they rejected my claim because I hadn’t informed them within the terms and conditions timescale that it had not been delivered.The buyer had waited the time to tell me and how was he to know that there was a time limit ? Then I was told it was my fault as I should have checked the tracking and realised it had gone missing. God forbid a company has the ability to realise themselves that a parcel entrusted to them has gone missing . So now, I am without my goods that have been paid for and the buyer is without his money. I only gave 1 star as I was unable to give none. Unfortunately I will not use this company again. When you do complain all you receive are the generic answers !!

Easy, good clear help and support

I used MyProbatePartner after my initial Confirmation Form was rejected . The court give no indications or help whatsoever regarding any errors . The guide and support provided by Mike and his team was very clear and easy to follow. I recompleted my form and it was confirmed by the court a few weeks later. Job done. Would recommend.

Slow delivery and items damaged

Ordered roofing items which highlighted a 3-5 workings days arrival. A week later having heard nothing I phoned the company to be told the delivery will be 3 weeks. 24 days after placing the order my items arrived with all pvc roofing panels damaged !! Still awaiting an update re the new delivery of my items. Price was good but service not.

Good quality tops

I have used Soccerlord to buy football tops for my kids for a number of years at Christmas and did so again this year. They are now 23, 21 and 19 !!! We have never had an issue and the tops have always been very good quality . No issues with the postage either.
Would recommend and will continue to use them.

Great quality at a great price

Ordered 4 sets of blinds for our kitchen to replace old aluminium blinds with the faux wood white blinds.
Good delivery time , blinds measured perfectly with the measurements we provided. These are very good quality and were easy to install.They look great. The price did appear cheap however we have no complaints. Very good buy
