Great service from the team at Volkswagen - Van Mossel Dendermonde throughout the whole process of company car ordering. I wanted to specifically say a big thank you to both Brent Van Vaerenbergh and Annalisa Cools for all their help.
Brent was very useful in discussions over car and additional option selection, providing several quotes based on feedback and very good advice on EVs in general. I was new to both car ordering and EVs so his help was very valuable and useful for me in the decision making process.
He also did a great job of keeping me updated with the progress once the car was ordered and providing documentation I needed and scheduling the pick up!
Annalisa then did a great job of organising the paperwork at pickup and assisting me with getting a good understanding of all the features of the car and how they work. She also took the time to help me set up the phone paring and explaining all of the new processes needed.
She also provided me with all of the extra bits needed including lease car and insurance documents but also a kind gift from the dealership.
The other team members were also very friendly when I arrived to collect the car from the dealership which was also very clean and well organised.
The communication of both team members was great, and I would highly recommend them and Van Mossel Dendermonde.
