Protection for my new car - fantastic product

I recently purchased a new car and wanted to protect it from door dings, as my old car was covered in them. I found Dent Guard online, and purchased a set with the anti-cut/anti-theft security strap. Delivery was very quick and the Dent Guards were in very sturdy packaging, and are really well-made.

The Dent Guards are fantastic. Excellent quality, covers a large area and they are very easy to install. Best of all, it’s an Australian company! The friendly customer service from Trent is second to none (he even sent me a link to an instruction video showing how to install and remove the guards).

I feel so much more relaxed about parking my car in busy car parks now that I have the Dent Guards to protect my doors. I highly recommend this product and company!

Beautiful product

Quick delivery. Beautiful product. The jars with the little applicators built into the lids are so cute. The lip balms feel lovely, not sticky. The pack I ordered has strawberry, chocolate, menthol, watermelon and coconut, and they are all great. The chocolate smells divine and is my favourite, but they are all really nice. I highly recommend these lip balms.

Equifax cancelled my subscription for…

Equifax cancelled my subscription for the identity protect package. However, they are still debiting my bank account for the package their own website tells me I’m not subscribed to, while the billing screen shows I’m due to be debited again this month. They assured me I wouldn’t be billed again (I was!!). I have submitted multiple cases online, plus a complaint. They’ve stopped responding to me now. They need to stop taking (stealing) my money if I don’t have a subscription. I’m just waiting for the 30 days to pass (the period that the complaints area says it could take to action) before I lodge a complaint with the AFCA. If I get no help there, the next step will be a visit to my local MP. Honestly, I’m so annoyed that I’m tempted to contact A Current Affair regarding this mess.

Excellent service from Kogan

I ordered the Kogan SmarterHome outdoor battery powered 1080p wireless security smart camera when it was on sale. Postage time was quick. I initially gave it a 2 star review as the camera didn't appear to be working properly, and would not connect to Amazon Alexa. However, after putting in an SD card with 32GB capacity instead of 16GB, re-setting the camera and removing and adding it back into the SmarterHome app, I have been able to connect to Alexa. Very helpful and speedy response from Kogan re the problems I had. Highly recommend Kogan.
