They kept pushing the delivery back without telling us and it finally arrived just before Black Friday, by which point there was a 30% sale on. If we had just waited we could have gotten it with the same delivery date but 30% cheaper. Crappy.

I bought an Origins Reflex 1000 Mattress. I specifically requested a firm mattress as I have a bad back and after assuring me they were right "90%" of the time the mattress just doesn't support me and feels terrible. I wake up in pain every morning. Unfortunately, the wooden bed frame somehow marked the mattress (which in fairness isn't their fault), so I couldn't exchange it. I'm now stuck with an £800(!) mattress that leaves me in pain and gives me a terrible night's sleep. I'd never ever buy from them again. Please triple-check the mattress doesn't get damaged otherwise you may very well live to regret it.

Hi, thanks for placing your 2 star review which is obviously disappointing for us as customers have a 60 day return guarantee period which is a no quibble guarantee but the mattress does need to be protected when using this within the guarantee period.
We are sorry that the Origins Reflex 1000 is not providing you with a comfortable night's sleep however had the mattress not been marked by your base, this could have been returned for either a refund or swap to a different mattress.
They send out shoes that have been worn and have stains on them.
