I read all the hype & reviews on this & how quickly the weight loss & bloating was amazing . So decided to give it a go & ordered a packet . I will reserve judgement for another week or so . But my first week I have lost 1 lb which is a bit disappointing as I’ve lost more on my healthy eating diet 1star & another star as it does reduce my bloating . The taste is not that nice either but I can put up with that if it works ! I have been using 2 a day . So all I’m saying be aware .Beware
