Subject: Request for Refund due to Scam Activity
Dear Apple Support,
I am reaching out to request a reconsideration of my recent refund application, which was unfortunately denied. I believe I was wrongfully charged by an app downloaded from the App Store, called "Once Love Match Maker".
After extensive use, I realized that the services promised by the app were not being delivered. It became apparent that I was interacting with chatbots pretending to be real people, rather than the genuine human interactions promised by the service. Despite engaging in numerous conversations, essential topics I discussed with supposed users were often forgotten within a short time. These users were also available to chat 24/7, reinforcing my suspicions of interacting with chatbots rather than real people.
Upon further research, I found that multiple online sources have flagged this service as a scam. This app has taken advantage of numerous users like myself who signed up in good faith, expecting a fair and genuine service.
I'm disappointed with my experience and am requesting a full refund for the charges related to the "Once Love Matchmaker" app. I have attached screenshots and links to the reviews labeling this service as a scam as evidence.
I understand and respect the policies set by Apple, but I strongly believe this situation warrants a refund due to the misleading and deceptive nature of the service provided. I'm confident that Apple supports fair and safe online practices and I hope you consider my request favorably.
Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to your positive response.
Sincerely,
Michael
