I ordered the wrong item by mistake, they immediately dealt with it,and refunded my money very quickly. I don't order aquatics from anyone else now. They have a very good rewards scheme,clear and concise emails. A very good company to deal with and their products are really great value for money. I personally cannot recommend them highly enough.
