Jessie was professional

We arrived an hour early for our booked table. Apologised, but was met with a very warm welcome by our server Jessie. On explaining I had an anchovy allergy, they promptly gave me their food intolerance information book. Unfortunately I was unable to have the pasta carbonara, or chips, as these were both items where their ingredients were produced in the same factory where fish had also been processed. It was very disappointing not to be able to have these items, and Jessie apologised profusely several time, then checked thoroughly the items I did order. Couldn't have been more attentive and checked we were enjoying our food once received everything. My husband had the king prawn al forno starter, followed by the luganica sausage and 'nduja frilly tagliatelle, which he said were both delicious. We were informed of the Ask Perks App, which we downloaded to receive discounts, and Jessie even took money off our bill and apologised for the inconvenience regarding the menu. Honestly, I'd rather know about 'issues' than eating something which I'm allergic to, so a big thank you to Jessie for taking the time and having patience whilst I tried to decide what to eat! Jessie explained everything in detail, was professional, friendly and very personable. Thank you once again. We look forward to returning to the Faversham Ask Italian.

RUNAWAY DINO FOUND!🦖

A HUGE thank you to Debbie, Shaun, Colum,
Matthew and all the Southern Railway staff
today. We accidentally mislaid a very
sentimental item on our train from Hamstreet
to Brighton, via Hampden Park. TedRex was found and kept safely all day before a successful collection at Eastbourne! Once again, ALL of you have been wonderful, and we cannot thank you enough. You've turned my birthday from a stressful day to a very happy and relieved day.

Poor Application

Our car was a used BMW dealer demonstration vehicle with just around 4000 miles. The car was not cleaned properly prior to Gardex application. Insect deposits were still on the car when Gardex was applied. Also....the Gardex was applied but not buffed off properly so 'streaks' are evident on several panels. As the car is black it is very noticeable and not pleasing to see.

Kevin is a credit to your Company

Had five roman blinds fitted on Friday the 10th of May by Kevin (Advisor 111304). He was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He did a wonderful job. Hillary's have fitted most of our blinds and curtains and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire service we have received. Kevin is a credit to your Company - thank you so much.

Thanks Chris!

Chris recently fitted our blinds and curtains to our lounge, dining room and kitchen. He was professional, punctual, polite and took all precautions regarding Covid-19 too. He was very thorough and precise in his work and we are thrilled with the outcome. Fantastic customer service throughout. We have already ordered and booked for Chris to fit blinds to our study and curtains to our bedroom. Thanks so much Chris - appreciate your hard work.
