Initial communication was good, which meant that rather than make a cut out for power sockets, I specified a shorter board than standard, which was not costed as extra. Unfortunately the board when delivered was damaged, I sent photos and queried the process, with an immediate reply apologising and advising that a new board would be sent. This was received with a couple of parts broken off, so a third was sent via a different courier, with much better results. There's no better supplier than the rare one who faces an issue and deals with it without fuss, complaint or excuses. Can't fault the way the problem was dealt with and would recommend this supplier to anyone looking for this type of product.

The product itself is as you would anticipate (unless you are expecting wood!) and looks smart. Time will tell how well it stands up to the kids trying to play darts... but it's a smart addition to the mancave.
