Professional service

Kept me up to date on appt time, and issue with car when the driver collected it. On my behalf he ensured the car was cleaned properly inside and out and charged up before it was delivered to me.

Villa in serious need of investment and repair

The villa is well overdue some maintenance. The main balcony that attracted us to the property was sealed off as it was unsafe (the balustrades were cracked). The balcony that was open was similarly dangerous but not sealed off. The hand rails on the outside stairs were loose. These were also repaired with silicon. I reported it to the resort villa rep and they sent out a handy man who used silicon to hide the cracks....sorry but structural cracks can't be repaired with a silicon gun. This property is a significant risk to people's safety. I have before and after photos to highlight this. Light fittings are held together with masking tape. There is an ant infestation in the kitchen and hallway with multiple points of entry for them. Water was leaking from the upstairs toilet cistern onto the floor (apparently this is not an issue as the water is clean)! Sink in the downstairs bathroom wouldn't drain (and couldn't be fixed by the handyman - it actually needs replumbing). Pool was dirty on arrival and job was made harder to clean throughout the week thanks to the large holes in the pond net. The villa is just tired, has not been well maintained and now needs some money spending on it to make it safe before there is a serious accident. This is the 4th time we've used Villaplus and this is the first time we've had a bad experience.

The health and well being of our guests are always our top priority. We’re pleased you contacted our local resort team during your stay so they could resolve any issues promptly. The team arranged for the property’s agent to visit that same day to assess the issues you raised and carry out any necessary work required.

Following their inspection, the maintenance team confirmed that the cracks you mentioned were the result of soil movement and wish to reassure you that this was not dangerous. A specialist sealant was applied as a temporary measure.

The downstairs sink was found to be draining more slowly than UK standards due to the narrower pipes fitted, and adjustments were made to tighten the toilet seat and cistern. We regret that these issues affected your comfort during your stay, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We understand that in warmer climates, insects can sometimes be a nuisance. We kindly ask guests to help minimise this by keeping food and drinks covered, storing them away promptly, and ensuring rubbish is disposed of quickly, as these can attract pests. During the maintenance visit, all areas you highlighted were treated with insect repellent to address the issue.

Guests can expect two pool cleans during a 7-night stay, a thorough clean on the day of arrival and a mid-week clean. Should you require additional cleaning, our local resort team will be happy to arrange this for you. A pool net is provided so you can easily remove any debris that may blow into the water between scheduled cleans; if the net is not fully functional, the team will be happy to provide a replacement.

As a loyal guest, your feedback is incredibly valuable and of course all your comments have been passed to the relevant team to ensure our future guests enjoy a safe, comfortable stay.

Villa was well priced, beautiful garden and poolside area

Villa was well priced, well located. Garden area and pool were absolutely what we booked this villa for. It did not disappoint.

Review of Pro:Direct Sport

Missing Item, no Refund

One item that I ordered turned out to be out of stock. Refund was allegedly processed, no sign of it in my account. I follow this up with Pro-direct and their response was to chase it up with my bank. Not really what I expect, and certainly not my responsibility to make sure that I am refunded. Pretty poor customer service.

Can't fault the speed and efficiency of…

Can't fault the speed and efficiency of the service, or the helpfulness of the team but they left very obvious oily/greasy finger marks and scuffs on wing & bonnet which I can't shift with normal car ahampoo and now need to go out and buy some specialist stuff to try and clean it

Beware the discounts!

2 days after buying fridge freezer AO dropped price by £180. Also, part of the attraction in the first place was a £75 cashback offer yet not a word has been received about how to claim this, and nothing in the paperwork either.

I'm sorry you hadn't received notification on how to claim your cashback, I can see the link has since been sent to you to get that claim in.

We do also offer a price match 7 days post delivery, had we been notified of this we could've looked into offering a price match for you if the price had reduced. I'm sorry if you weren't aware of this.
