Maurice was really helpful he went the extra mile to help me find the product to complete my job as what I was looking at was not going to work. What he suggested worked perfectly.

Adam called me to give me a time slot, he arrived bang on time he was very polite explained to me what he was going to do I left him to crack on. Offered a cupper but due to covid he couldn’t accept but appreciated the offer. Once he finished he cleaned up and removed all the rubbish to his van he explained to me what he had done /repaired and asked if there was anything else he could do. My boiler is repaired and I was very pleased by his workmanship and his politeness. Thanks Adam and co-worker(sorry I didn’t catch her name)
Review of The Warranty Group
Up for renewal.
I purchased and Audi Q5 and it came with a 6 month RAC gold policy I received a renewal letter and continued the policy for another 12 months within that time I had an engine light come on so I gave them a call and the operator told me to take the car to a VAT registered repairer (I had my own) but no fault was found, my garage reset the light and said we will just have to wait for it to come back on a few months later bingo lights back on rang the RAC again told them and took the car in they found the failure adblue heater the garage called the RAC and they Authorised the work the car was stripped and parts ordered the garage then called me to say due to no adblue going in the EGR valve was shot. I then read my policy wording my “wording” if a part takes out another part that would be replaced too.
So the garage called the RAC and guess what it wasn’t covered so my car is in bits in a garage not only that they then refused to cover the original claim of the adblue heater. Endless phone calls to the RAC arguing even reading them word for word their own policy terms and conditions booklet they still refused to cover the other parts they said it wasn’t in the included section and my argument was that it also wasn’t in the excluded section neither.
I did raise a complaint with them to have it investigated further even that was a shambles they told me someone would contact me within 7 working days 4 weeks later I had to call them to find out the outcome for them just to tell me our 1st decision stand it’s not covered and they didn’t pay out. So not only did RAC authorise the repair initially but then went back on it you left me out of pocket for £1500. Thanks RAC then after all this you send me a renewal letter saying my policy is due for renewal.
Renew for another 12 months worry free motoring.
No thank you I will bank my £258 and take my chances seems to be legalised fraud to me.
